Tonight we spent emotional evening at Widnes Babyloss Awareness Group Lantern Walk for .

The memorial ribbons attached to the bandstand bore the names of the little ones families have lost and it really hits home how this is sadly an experience shared by so many.

It was incredibly powerful chatting to dads, mums and even a couple grandparents tonight and hearing their stories and memories.

At Dad Matters, we don't just support new and expectant dads, we also offer a non-judgmental, confidential listening ear and a safe space to talk about miscarriage and baby loss.

Remember - you were then, are now, and always will be your baby's dad 💙 💜

Never changed a nappy before? Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! 💪

This quick instructional video takes you through the basics of changing your baby’s nappy, step by step. From getting everything ready to keeping baby clean, comfy and safe.

It might seem daunting at first, but you’ll soon get the hang of it — and it’s a great way to get involved and build confidence as a dad.
