Thank you to everyone who came this morning 🙏🥰 we salutes the sun so many times it was forced to peek its face out just a little, we opened up our hamstrings and hip flexors whilst freeing our spines .. it doesn’t matter how inflexible or flexible you are, every one is welcome 😁
