The event of the year took place with our Installation Communication in Warminster on Saturday the 28th of March with 60 brethren present.

WBro Dick Tams installed his successor Bro Daz Blackett into the chair in a very confident and professional manner. WBro Daz then complemented that by the excellent way that he installed and invested his officers.

This was followed by a great meal and social harmony in Warminster Conservative Club. Great food, great company, great day, great Freemasonry and £1000 raised for charity

Brethren January has not been kind to us as it is with a heavy heart that St Patrick's Lodge heard today of the passing to Grand Lodge above of VWBro Joe Preece MBE PGStdBr who passed away this morning surrounded by his close family.

Joe was active in many orders and was the epitome of what a Freemason should be.

He was the life and soul of any room that he was in and we are all the better for having known him. He had been battling Cancer for quite some time but continued to take life head on, in his own inimitable style until the end. Our thoughts are with his wife Carole and his family at this very sad time. May he Rest in Eternal Peace.
