Open Door Warminster were one of the nominated charities by the Woolstore Theatre in Codford, during their production of Calendar Girls earlier in the month. There are calendars for sale at a cost of £10 , all proceeds to go to the chosen charities.

Please consider purchasing one of the calendars either for yourself or maybe as a Christmas gift, the Open Door and all the other charities will benefit from the sale of the calendars' Calendars can be purchased via the QR code shown below.

During the month of July, the Open Door Chat Cafe is 1 of 3 local charities which are part of the Waitrose token scheme in the Warminster store. All 3 charities are of course very worthy, but it would be great if you would consider putting your tokens in the box for Open Door. Our charity is Warminster based and totally run by volunteers and funded by donations.

Members of the Open Door Warminster Chat Cafes Prostate Cancer Support group attended one of the recent productions of ‘The Calendar Girls’ at The Woolstore, Codford. This local theatre is raising funds for charities raising awareness of the need to offer local support to people affected by cancer. It is very much appreciated that Open Door Warminster is one of the charities chosen. The calendar was on sale at each performance and will remain available until they all sold.

Rachel, one of our volunteers, is undertaking a Skydive later this year and is raising funds for the group too.

Trustees would like to thank members of The Woolstore and Rachel for their support enabling us to continue to offer the Cafes throughout the year.
