Wareham Wednesdays was set up in 2011 by volunteers from local business, the chamber of trade and local people who wanted to put on events for locals & visitors. Thanks to all those who helped, the first year was a great success and has gone from strength to strength attracting many people into the town on a
Wednesday night during the summer holidays. Due to the public and business donations this
year we are able to put on fireworks every week as well as great bands all sponsored by The Quay Inn. Other main sponsors include The Old Granary, Jade-Aden, Virador, UK Tiles Direct,
Dentistry @69, Curtis Butchers, Kings Kabs, Harry's Bakehouse, Wareham Boat Hire, Dan The Man, Lulworth First Responders and not forgetting the committee members who give up their spare time and meet every week to organise these great events..... and why? because we all love Wareham and love seeing the town busy,
