We're coming back to Cornerstone Café & Bookshop, Grove!

Starting from 8th September we will be popping up at Cornerstone Cafe every Tuesday between 3 and 4pm.

Come along and help us reduce surplus food and find out more about what we do.

Just had a lovely load of cucumbers and courgettes, plus some aubergines and tomatoes, from Blacklands Organics - come on down if you can use some!

Also today we have cabbages, lemons, berries, onions, garlic and a whole selection of bread. Open til 4pm, everyone welcome.

We’re looking for a friendly, confident Saturday Lead to help run The Mix 🌱

Work alongside volunteers, support community projects, and help tackle the climate emergency locally.

🕘 9am–4:30pm
💷 £14.06/hr
📅 Minimum 2 Saturdays/month

Just to let you know there's not much surplus available today. We'll share what we have as far as we can.

If you come to us to help reduce food waste then best to save your trip for another time. We recommend staying at home or somewhere cool today!

Lots of free surplus food available at the community fridge this afternoon. Open to everyone. UNLIMITED BANANAS! Open 1-4pm. Why not refill your domestic products (washing up liquid, laundry, shampoo etc) while you’re here?
