From 11–14 May, parents of teens can book a free, confidential, text‑based chat with one of our experienced Family Support Workers.

No pressure. No judgement. Just a safe space to ask the questions that have been on your mind.

Whether you’re, navigating tricky behaviour, worried about your child’s wellbeing, unsure how to support them, or simply feeling a bit stuck, this is your chance to get practical guidance from people who understand what families are facing today and who genuinely want to help.
