Young people need space to talk honestly about relationships, consent and the attitudes that can lead to harm.

RespectED is our six-week workshop programme for secondary schools. Through open, age-appropriate discussions, pupils explore harmful gender attitudes and what respect looks like in everyday life.

The programme also helps schools address themes in the updated RSHE guidance, including respectful relationships, harmful stereotypes and the influence of online content.

This week is Victims Rights Week.
Street Teams is proud to be working with the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner’s Victims Innovation Fund to help raise awareness of the rights people have when they have experienced exploitation.
As part of this work, we’ve been at Walsall College Freshers Week raising awareness with students about victims’ rights, what exploitation can look like, and the support available if they or someone they know ever needs it.
We know that people who experience exploitation don’t always recognise themselves as a victim or know what support and rights are available to them. Through this work, we want to help change that.
Everyone who experiences exploitation should understand their rights, know where to turn for support and feel confident that their voice matters.

Summer is here, and so are the adventures!
Our HAF & Positive Activities Programme at Green Rivers is officially underway, with kayaking, healthy food, sweet treats, new friendships and plenty of smiles. We can’t wait to share what the rest of the summer has in store!
