She told us how the organisation had extended its cover from just cancer sufferers to virtually all those with terminal diseases. She explained the costs involved and some of the work necessary to raise the funds needed to finance such operations.

The Rotary Club of Walsall runs some competitions and interact with local schools on a number of projects. These schools take part in our Young Achievers Project which recognises work done pupils and we are always interested in other schools joining the scheme.

On the 18th March a short ceremony was held at the Town Hall in Walsall to present awards to the winners of our Young Artists competition and we thank the mayor of Walsall, Cllr Louise Harrison for attending and presenting the prizes
