Where it all began
It all started with social media comments on BrownhillsBob back in November 2018. People seemed to want a Christmas Tree and talked about the ‘good old days’ when the High Street was lit up.
This got me thinking “How much would a tree cost?”
E.mails were sent to the Council and responses were received . I WAS NOT GETTING INVOLVED! This mantra clearly went unheeded by myself as a few months later The Brownhills Christmas Tree Appeal was launched
What followed was some ideas being thrown around, a few committed folk decided to make themselves heard and a core committee of four was established . Susan, Mark, Dawn and Kate, ably assisted by Lee and John and our long suffering families and friends.
