A Move it or Lose it! with Bernadette class is coming to Pelsall Village Centre on Tuesday 30 June, 2pm-3pm.
This fun, relaxed class is suitable for everyone and works to improve your balance & confidence, mobility & flexibility, strength & independence. But don't take our word for it - just look at the smiles on the faces of the existing group!
