FREE SELF-DEFENCE CLASS FOR WOMEN & GIRLS 🥊💪

Reach for a Star is hosting a free self-defence class in Walsall, helping young people build confidence, develop practical skills and feel safer in everyday life.

📅 Saturday 15 August
⏰ 10:30am–1:30pm
📍 Walsall — venue details provided upon registration

👧 Girls aged 12+ are welcome.
👦 Boys aged 12–15 are welcome to join too.

With only 10 spaces available, early registration is encouraged.

From the air we breathe to to the water we drink, our lives rely on a health ecosystem and real conservation starts with our daily habits.

What we can do?- Turn off the tap while brushing our teeth. We can unplug electronics not in use when we leave home to lower our carbon footprint.

Whether you are pregnant, newly breastfeeding, or feeding an older baby, our Breastfeeding Peer Support Groups are here to welcome you.

💬 Meet other local parents, share experiences, ask questions, and receive friendly support in a relaxed environment.

📍 Weekly sessions across Walsall:
🩷 Tuesdays – South & Central Family Hub (10:30am–12:30pm)
💜 Wednesdays – East Family Hub (10:30am–12:00pm)
