Meet Ann ☺️

Ann started coming to LBT last year after finding us on social media and wanted to get stronger and fitter after having a knee operation.

Ann once’d struggled with getting up off the floor and needed support due to her knees. She now does this independently and even with one hand 🖐️ something she never thought she could do.

We adapted moves so the pressure is off her knees and focused on what she can do and not what she can’t.

This is what Ann had to say about coming…

“Vibe with rach is a lovely class where you are made to feel really engaged and comfortable. I had not done any exercise for a number of years and was apprehensive to start. But Rach makes you go at your own pace. Every week I have been getting stronger with each class. A really lovely exercise class to be in. Also have made some new friends”

We’re so proud to share the impact of our Vibe Fit Mums Healthy Mums, Healthy Families project 💛

Funded by Walsall Council, this project supported new mums across Walsall through nutrition workshops, wellbeing walks, healthy recipes, and ongoing peer support during the postnatal period.

Over the past year we’ve seen mums grow in confidence, build healthier habits, feel less isolated, and create a genuinely supportive community for one another.

A huge thank you to everyone involved, especially Catherine Jane and Hala Clayton for the passion, care and knowledge they brought to the project.
