Do you live in Walsall, are over 18, have a long term condition (LTC) and access to the internet?
Self Axis Haven is inviting people to express their interest in our free 4-week online group therapy programme, beginning in autumn/winter 2026.
This group is designed to support people living with LTCs using tools based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), delivered by accredited CBT therapists.

✨ Help us build a Therapy & Wellbeing Hub for our community ✨

Self Axis Haven CIC is currently renovating a building that will become a safe, welcoming and accessible space for therapeutic support, wellbeing groups, early intervention projects and community connection — without stigma.

The building is still a shell, and we are working hard to bring it to life so we can begin supporting local people, families, children, young people and harder-to-reach communities as soon as possible.

We would be truly grateful for support from local businesses, donors and community supporters. Donations of materials, furniture, soft furnishings, kitchen items, arts and crafts supplies, cleaning products, vouchers or surplus stock would make a real difference.
