FoodCycle Walsall and The Black Country FoodCycle community meals bring people together for good food and conversation, using food which would have otherwise gone to waste.

We invite you to join us at the table to share a free, tasty meal! FoodCycle connects communities by bringing people together to share food and conversation. Week in, week out, thousands of volunteers across the country transform surplus food into healthy, delicious meals for anyone that needs them, no questions asked. Food poverty and loneliness are growing issues, both heightened by the recent p

andemic. By offering a safe, welcoming space to enjoy a free meal and company, FoodCycle brings people from all backgrounds and walks of life together, improving mental wellbeing and strengthening community spirit. FoodCycle also runs a free Check-in and Chat telephone service, where volunteers make weekly calls to anyone in need of a natter. Join us for a free weekly meal at the following locations, no pre-registration or questions asked:

Well done to the team at FoodCycle Wolverhampton for another fabulous session yesterday! 😁 We had 34 guests join us for a lovely 3 course meal made from surplus ingredients!
Lets have a look at what was on our menu:
🍜 Vegetable soup with bread and butter
🍝 Vegetable pasta bake with salad
🍰 Pineapple sponge and custard
What a lovely menu and all made possible by our brilliant volunteer team 👏👏

Another lovely night at FoodCycle Walsall yesterday, where our volunteers served up a delicious 3-course meal to our wonderful guests 😍😍

On the menu we had:
🥖 Bruschetta
🍅 Veg lasagne with garlic bread
🍌 Banana bread

We had another wonderful community meal at FoodCycle Dudley today. Our 26 guests were treated to another fantastic 3 course meal all made from surplus ingredients.

Lets have a look at what was on our menu this week:
Starter: Vegetable pakoras with salad and mint yoghurt dip 🥗
Main: Quorn and mixed vegetable pie with sautee peppers and skin on new potatoes 🥧
Dessert: Chocolate orange cake with ice cream 🍰

How fantastic does this all look 😍😍

Another lovely night at FoodCycle Walsall yesterday, where our volunteers served up a delicious 3-course meal to our wonderful guests 😍😍

🍉 MMS salad (mango, melon and strawberry salad with mint dressing)
🥚 Veg frittata with roast potatoes
🍋 Lemon and lime sponge with custard and oat cookie crumbs
