FoodCycle Walsall and The Black Country FoodCycle community meals bring people together for good food and conversation, using food which would have otherwise gone to waste.

We invite you to join us at the table to share a free, tasty meal! FoodCycle connects communities by bringing people together to share food and conversation. Week in, week out, thousands of volunteers across the country transform surplus food into healthy, delicious meals for anyone that needs them, no questions asked. Food poverty and loneliness are growing issues, both heightened by the recent p

andemic. By offering a safe, welcoming space to enjoy a free meal and company, FoodCycle brings people from all backgrounds and walks of life together, improving mental wellbeing and strengthening community spirit. FoodCycle also runs a free Check-in and Chat telephone service, where volunteers make weekly calls to anyone in need of a natter. Join us for a free weekly meal at the following locations, no pre-registration or questions asked:

We had another busy session at FoodCycle Wolverhampton yesterday! 3️⃣0️⃣guests joined us in the dining room to share a lovely community meal!

Well done to our cooks and hosts at FoodCycle Dudley, for another fantastic community meal.

Yesterday we welcomed 2️⃣4️⃣guests to enjoy a scrumptious 3-course meal of:

Starter: Veg soup with crispy onions 🍜🍜
Main: Cheesy leek potato and onion pie with a side of tomato, crispy courgette and broccoli 🥟🥔
Pudding: Orange drizzle cake with custard 🍰🍰

A special mention to our wonderful volunteer, Sasha. Who reached the amazing achievement of 1000 hours. Thank you so much for your dedication to this wonderful project!

🍈Melon with squirty cream

We had another lovely community meal at FoodCycle Walsall yesterday evening with 1️⃣9️⃣guests joining us for a slightly reduced menu, to allow our volunteers to cope with the heat!

Well done to our cooks and hosts at FoodCycle Dudley, for another fantastic community meal in very warm conditions!

Yesterday we welcomed 2️⃣5️⃣guests to enjoy a scrumptious 3-course meal of:
Starter: Watermelon 🍉🍉
Main: Veggie pasta with a side of broccoli and fennel🍝🍝
Pudding: Juicy plums and custard 🍮🍮

Another beautful and simple menu for our lovely guests to enjoy.
