Our Work Programme supports people to develop the skills and confidence they need to move into employment or volunteering opportunities.

One individual began working alongside an Employment Support Worker in our Tea Room to build their catering and customer service skills. Through dedication and hard work, they gained valuable experience in a busy customer-facing environment, steadily growing in confidence. Along the way, they also achieved their Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.

As a result of their commitment and progress, they now work regularly in the Tea Room as a valued member of the team, where their positive attitude and strong work ethic are greatly appreciated.

We're very proud of all they have achieved and look forward to seeing their continued success 🤩
