I have been passionate about food and flavour for as long as I can remember, and it has been a long standing ambition to turn my homecooking and dinner party hosting into something more than just a hobby. So, launching in February 2015, I introduce to you Passion Supper Club. This social dining experience will serve a seasonal, high quality 4-course meal to 10 guests at my 18th century home in Car

lton, Wakefield. People ask me why I picked the name Passion. It is my passion for food, quality, and service, as well as my passion for this idea to succeed that has led to the development of this supper club. Without passion I would not be able to walk 20 miles per week delivering leaflets, spend 16 hours baking and preparing for each supper club. No matter what is on the menu, PASSION is a key ingredient.
