🟣People with disabilities, including learning disability, neurodivergence or a mental health condition
🟣Refugees and asylum seekers
🟣LGBTQ+ people
🟣People in contact with the justice system
🟣Gypsy, Roma and traveller communities
🟣People who do not speak English as their main language
You could be eligible for our new Wakefield and District Safeguarding Adults Board Small Grants, offering grants of £1,500 to £3,000 to support your work - whether it's a new project or something you're already running.

🟨 Young Futures Fund from Asda Foundation
Grants for community groups to deliver activities for disadvantaged, vulnerable teenagers (13 years to 18 years), helping to improve mental health and wellbeing, and create positive life opportunities. Closing 20 January.
🟧 Funding from Another Way Women's Foundation
Grants are available for charities and not-for-profit organisations to support projects or services aimed at advancing women's and girls' lives for the better. Closing 31 January.
🟨 Wakefield and District Safeguarding Adults Board Small Grants from Community Investment Gateway
Grants to fund the work of VCSE organisations who support seldom heard groups - underrepresented adults who are less likely to be heard by practitioners/decision makers at services, or face barriers to accessing support. Closing 9 February.
🟧 Small Charity Week Match Campaign from Big Give, Global's Make Some Noise and NCVO
Small charities can now apply to take part in this seven-day online match funding campaign dedicated to , providing vital unrestricted income. Closing 11 February.
🟨 Holiday Grants Programme from Henry Smith Foundation
The Holiday Grants Programme offers one-off grants for schools, youth groups and non-profit organisations to take children aged 13 and under on recreational day trips or short residential trips. Closing 19 March.
🟧 Active Communities Fund from Active Through Football Project and Wakefield Council
Grants of up to £1,000 are available to fund ideas that help people get out and about more and be active where they live. These grants are specifically to support communities in the South East of Wakefield District.
