ACTION is the theme this week for - the sometimes simple, regular actions we can take to improve the wellbeing of ourselves and others. Our Mindful Movers meet every Friday for a walk and talk - moving and connecting more and seeing gorgeous little birdies (last picture) on their way. Our Monday volunteers took more incredible action earlier in the week - moving, clearing, potting, building, planting - for ourselves and for our community. We will soon be starting Wellbeing & Wisdom wednesdays at the basecamp where we'll take action together to boost our mental health and personal development - what action have you taken this week - its not too late to take that first step.
