A huge congratulations to Student Nurse Jessica Pearson and Sister Rebecca Rodgers, who have both been recognised for their outstanding contributions to the team.

Student nurse Jessica on placement in Paeds ED DDH was nominated by her Practice Assessor, Practice Supervisor and Unit Manager for her proactivenes and the strong level of clinical knowledge she demonstrates within the team.

Rebecca (Ward sister on ward 5/6) was nominated by a student in recognition of her exceptional leadership skills, kindness and friendly approach towards students. Her supportive and approachable nature makes a positive difference to the team every day.

Well done, Jessica and Rebecca! 👏 Your dedication, compassion, clinical knowledge and leadership are truly commendable. Keep shining! 💙🩺
