🚜 A New Chapter for a Great Cause? 🚜

The Priory Rose Tractor Run has become one of Yorkshire’s most loved farming events.

Over the years it has brought together hundreds of tractors, thousands of visitors and raised more than £130,000 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

That is a huge achievement and everyone involved deserves enormous credit for creating something that has become such an important part of the local farming calendar.

Sadly, 2026 has been announced as the final Priory Rose Tractor Run.

But it has got us thinking…

It would be a shame to see this tradition disappear altogether.

At Horncastle Farm, we’re exploring the possibility of creating a brand-new tractor run for 2027.

This would not be a continuation of the Priory Rose Tractor Run, but a completely new event inspired by the same values that made it so successful:

🚜 Bringing the farming community together

❤️ Supporting a worthwhile charity

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Creating a fantastic family day out

🌾 Celebrating farming, machinery and rural life

Importantly, we’d hope to do this with guidance from the experienced organisers whose knowledge, dedication and hard work have helped make the Priory Rose Tractor Run such a success over the years.

At this stage we’re simply asking the question…

👉 Would you support a brand-new Horncastle Farm Tractor Run in 2027?

Let us know in the comments below.

And regardless of what happens next, we’d like to thank all of the organisers, volunteers, sponsors, tractor owners and supporters who have made the Priory Rose Tractor Run such a special event over the years.

What a day ☀️
Our final Annual Tractor Run & Big Farming Sunday was a huge success
🚜 174 tractors
💪🏻 record number of visitors at Ackworth Cricket Club
💰Thousands raised for our chosen charity Yorkshire Air Ambulance
🎪 a huge range of exhibitors, stalls and machinery
🚁 An extended visit from the helicopter!
More updates to come, and a final total will be announced when we have one in a couple of days.
Priory Rose Vinatge Group are incredibly proud of what we have achieved over the past 14 years. The day couldn’t have gone better, it was the perfect end for us.
Thankyou to Farmer Copleys for allowing us to use their field for the last few years

A lot of people have been asking why this is our last Tractor Run & BFS. The event has grown each year (which we are very grateful for!) however, this also means the planning, organisation, time, and commitment has increased. We feel the time has come to call it a day.
Any future Tractor Runs in the area will not be organised by PRVG, however we will continue to fundraise for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance
More photos and updates to follow…
