Join us on Sunday 4th October at 10:30am for a morning of movement, community, and the sea.

In collaboration with BAHE - Yoga & Pilates and .world , we’ve created Salt & Stretch to celebrate the place we call home, our ocean-loving community, and the joy of moving our bodies together🧘🏼‍♀️

Each session includes:
🐚45-minute mat Pilates with Numa House
🐚Guided wild sea swim with Sophie Hellyer
🐚Complimentary refreshments
🐚Goodie bags to take home
🐚The chance to shop the beautiful collections from Fulmar and Bahe.

Thanks for bringing the energy - it was such a great session✨

Despite the laughs, Pilates is essential for building a strong core, improving mobility and stability, speeding up recovery, and keeping you resilient on the pitch💪
