💗Our Company would not be what we are without them!!! From creating the show onstage to creating props, costumes, sets and helping to chaperone our children during rehearsals and show week, load in and load out…. Plus so much more!
🌟 So much time and effort goes into creating our fantastic productions and we couldn’t do it without everyone’s help, big or small!!

✨ Audition Prep Workshop ✨

a HUGE thank you to all that attended our Launch event on Monday. It was a fantastic evening with many enthusiastic young people, and we cannot wait to get started on the audition process.

In order to sign up for our Audition preparation evening for our new interested cast members on Monday the 8th of June, 6.00-8.30 at Wadebridge School, please follow the link and complete the online form below. ✨ Launch Night TONIGHT ✨

What to expect?
• A presentation from our incredible creative team detailing all information regarding production plans, rehearsals, auditions and how to get involved!
• ⁠Meet the people behind the creative departments of the production and how you can get involved behind the scenes
• ⁠get a feel for our community theatre society.

No sign up required, just turn up! We will be auditioning cast members on the audition date (tbc) between the ages of 11 & 21, so if you’re interested in auditioning, come along! We are also open to interested production team members of any age! This includes wardrobe team, props team, set and scenery & chaperones.

Looking for something hands on to do to get involved in a local theatre society? Want to help our community led youth theatre?
Avalon Youth Theatre is looking for experienced individuals in our community that would be interested in helping us produce an incredible high standard set for our 2027 production. We take pride In providing professional standard theatre sets for our productions and would love to hear from you if you’re experienced in carpentry/woodwork, painting or DIY, not only do we produce high standard productions, we have fun!

More exciting Avalon news! ✨

As well as our exciting National Amateur Operatic Society Award Nominations, we have received our fantastic adjudication for our most recent production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We are extremely proud of our cast and crew for receiving such an outstanding review. “What I saw today was a totally outstanding piece of theatre produced by an exceptional creative team who are able to do this with their vision and the assistance of all those named in the programme create a ‘professional’ quality show one of the best I have seen. It was far above the one I saw in Theatre Royal in Plymouth. Every member in your group whether on stage or behind the scenes should be extremely proud. It was ‘Pure Imagination’!! “ 🌟
