Hi. I'm Matt and I live in Forncett St Peter, where I run a small Buddhism and meditation group in my barn. In May I will host a four-week course on some foundational principles and practices of Buddhism, including meditation. It is suitable for newcomers and free of charge (though small donations are welcome). Feel free to contact me with any questions. See attached poster for details.
