Please Help Us Keep Supporting Our Community

On behalf of the Ventnor Community Foodbank, our volunteers and the community we support we would like to say how overwhelmed and humbeld we are with everyone's help - practical and emotional.
As you might know our usual premises at Victoria street has been temporarily out of use, so this meant we found ourselves in a tricky situation of need of new premises.
With amazing support from friends from St Catherine's Church we were able to secure regular access to provide 2 sessions a week to support our community.

Current opening times are :
Tuesdays 10-12 and Thursdays 12-2

We are so incredibly grateful to them for opening their doors to us. ❤️

There is just a couple of things which would help us even more.
We need tinned and jar food like
Pasta, pasta sauce, long life milk, tinned meat and fish.( anything you can find at the back of your cupboard)

Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, our services will be very limited this week.
Some debris has come loose from the exterior of our building. As an organisation, we have decided to take a cautious approach and are currently awaiting confirmation from the council building inspector that the building is safe for public use.
Unfortunately until then we have no access to the premises.

Thank you to all of you who donated to our FoodBank in 2025, Ventnor Community Foodbank provided support to 860 individuals across 312 visits, reflecting a continued and significant level of need within the local community.

We want to say a HUGE Thank You to Tony Bellis who donated money on behalf of his Tai Chi students! 🎄
We are so deeply touched by the generous donation of £600 to our Ventnor Community Foodbank, and timing is perfect as this will help us to support the most in need, over the cold winter period.
