****THANK YOU AND FAREWELL****

Firstly, thank you everyone for your patience with us over the last 10 weeks, today we are sharing with you all the official news that TPF Limited will be closing its doors. We hope that our official announcement below will help to explain why and give clarity, what happens next for parent carer voice in Trafford and share our heartfelt reflections with you all. 💚🩷🩵
We want to begin by thanking all parent carers, young people, volunteers, staff and partners who have been part of this community for the last 12 years, it has been a privilege to work alongside families, to listen and share your lived experience, and to advocate with care, respect and integrity.
We understand that change can raise questions and a feeling of uncertainty. To ensure conversations remain respectful and constructive, we kindly ask that any queries are shared with us directly rather than in the public comment threads.
While this chapter is coming to an end, we leave with pride in what has been built together and gratitude for the trust placed in us.

Thank you for being part of our journey.💚🩷🩵

🌼 To All Parent Carers – Wherever You Are Today 🌼

This morning, your feed might be filled with back-to-school photos, new uniforms, and smiling faces. But we know that for many families, today looks very different.
Some children and young people are returning to school.
Some are not, because of the weight of mental health challenges.
Some are learning at home, in alternative provision, or in hospital.
Some are still waiting for the right support to be in place.
And behind every one of them is you—a parent carer navigating the complexities, the emotions, the hopes, and the heartbreaks.

💛 In case no one told you today:
It’s okay to feel everything you’re feeling right now.
There’s no rulebook for how to handle what life throws at you.
You’re doing the best you can—even if it doesn’t feel like it.
Give yourself the space to heal, in your own time, in your own way.
You are seen. You are valued. You are not alone.

From all of us at TPF, we’re sending love, strength, and solidarity to every parent carer today. 💐

💚🩷💙
