Thank you, The Clewer Initiative ! 🙏

Last Thursday, the lovely Ayshea hosted Modern Slavery Awareness Training at St Peter and the Holy Apostles, delivered with The Clewer Initiative. Huge thanks to them for coming to Plymouth to run such a practical, thoughtful session.

Volunteers, people working in community organisations and others who simply wanted to be better equipped came together to learn how to recognise, respond to and report concerns about modern slavery. It was a really helpful morning, and it left everyone feeling more confident.

Thank you to everyone who came along, and to our hosts at St Peter and the Holy Apostles. It’s wonderful to see our churches and communities learning together so that we’re better placed to look out for the most vulnerable people in our city.
