Here at FND Dimensions, the Charity is run by Volunteers. We do strive to offer our members as much support as possible, but over the Festive Period, many of us will be taking some time away to enjoy with our families. This means there will likely be less social media activity and it could take us longer than usual to respond to your message.
Christmas and the Festive Period can be triggering, lonely and isolating for many of us. Not everyone celebrates and sometimes, that can leave you feeling alone. You are NOT alone. There are many organisations available who can offer you support, including but not limited to NHS 111 (Option 2), Text SHOUT to 85258, Call MIND on 0300 102 1234 or Call Samaritans on 116 123.
If you are experiencing any feelings where you feel you may need a little extra support, please do reach out to the amazing external services on offer.

🚨 Less than 24 hours to go .. 🚨 This is your final reminder, our great big Christmas Crafternoon takes place TOMORROW 🙊 After months of planning, we are so proud to say we are hosting three events, 2 in person and 1 online! If you are local to Manchester or Plymouth, take a look at the posters below to find out more 👀 Head over to our closed page to buy your tickets for the online event! Our wonderful Michelle will be running the Plymouth event. Our amazing CEO, Helen, will be running the Manchester event joined by Chelsey, Mollie & Vikki. SIX days to go! Wow, this has come around so quickly. On Saturday 6th December, we are holding our FND Crafternoon! We have two in person events happening in Plymouth and Manchester. We also have an online event running via zoom for those of you who are not local enough to join! Tickets for the online event must be purchased (link available on our page). We’re also offering the chance for you to purchase your own craft packs if you want to craft at home but still be involved! We’d love to see as many of you as possible supporting our Christmas Crafternoon 🤍💙
