Kriyasamadhiyoga Philosophy, meditation and Self-Inquiry used by Self-Realized Spiritual Masters, Saints, Mystics and Yogis to achieve Enlightenment.

Learn the secret techniques which use your life force to achieve deeper meditative states that ultimately can lead to Freedom. This retreat is highly recommended for yoga students who want to deepen their knowledge of the least understood limbs of Ashtanga Yoga; Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. Geir Giri is a spiritual guide and meditation teacher. His Awakening happened in 2004 when the pain and thought body just ended. Good qualities arrived, self-confidence, inner intuition, no more ups and downs, very stable energy and silent mind. It was a surrender and grace. Geir brings more than 30 years of spiritual practice to the retreat. Jaananda is a spiritual guide and meditation teacher from
the Kriya Yoga tradition. His awakening began when he had
a direct encounter with the immortal sage Mahamuni Babaji
in 1971. Babaji showed him that the truth he was seeking is felt and therefore can be known. Now Jaananda brings the wisdom of more than 45 years of kriya meditation experience to this retreat.

Consciousness does not shine by itself. It shines by a light beyond it in which it appears, which gives it being. Don't be all the time immersed in your experience. Remember that you are beyond the experiencer, ever unborn and deathless. In remembering it, the quality of pure knowledge will emerge, the light of unconditional awareness. ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj

Without awareness, the body would not last a second. There is in the body a current of energy, affection and intelligence, which guides, maintains and energises the body. Discover that current and stay with it. Of course, all these are manners of speaking. Words are as much a barrier, as a bridge. Find the spark of life that weaves the tissues of your body and be with it. It is the only reality the body has. ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj

Find your Self and be free. The body has its urges and mind its pains and pleasures. Awareness is unattached and unshaken. It is lucid, silent, peaceful and unafraid, without desire and fear. Meditate on it as your true being and try to be in it in your daily life and you shall realise its fullness. ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj

Everybody wants to be active, but where do his actions originate? There is no central point: each action begets another, meaninglessly and painfully, in endless succession. The alternation of work and pause is not there. First find the immutable centre where all movement takes birth. Just like a wheel turns round an axle, so must you be always in the centre and not whirling at the periphery. ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj

Forget the known, but remember that you are the knower. Don't be all the time immersed in your experiences. Remember that you are beyond the experiencer, ever unborn and deathless. ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj

Time, space, causation are mental categories, arising and subsiding in the mind. The real world is beyond the mind. ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj

The primary purpose of meditation is to become conscious of, and familiar with, our inner life. The ultimate purpose is to reach the source of life and consciousness. ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj
