Friends of Sussex Hospices We are a charity run entirely by volunteers.

We raise funds, through a variety of activities, to support the running costs of the 12 hospice care providers serving the adults and children in Sussex. We are a group of volunteers who began raising funds in 1995 and have now raised over a million pounds.The funds raised by FSH are distributed on the basis of episodes of care received by residents of Sussex. We have to date distributed £1,090,000 to Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice; Demelza Hospice Care for Children; Hospice in the Weald; Leo House at Home; Martlets Hospice; St Barnabas; St Catherine's Hospice; St Michael's Hospice; St Peter & St James Hospice; St Wilfrid's Hospice (Chichester); St Wilfrid’s Hospice (Eastbourne)The Sussex Snowdrop Trust and The Sussex Beacon.

Friends of Sussex Hospices are delighted to invite you to a Drinks Reception & Preview of a Costume and Gown Auction. Donated by the wonderful late Dame Felicity Lott, please save the date in your diary of Wednesday 23rd of September 6-8pm Firle Place, Firle, Nr Lewes. Tickets and more information is available from the friendsofsussexhospices website £30 per ticket and you will be able to look round Firle Place from 5pm. The auction will take place on 13/10/26. The last day of the Fun in Framfield The Gruffalo Event is drawing to a close. Thank you once again to everyone that attended, volunteered and supported this wonderful local event. We honestly couldn’t do this without you so a huge thank you on behalf of everyone 💕plus I would like to say a special thank you to our hosts who open up their Beautiful Gardens and Grounds that makes this special event possible, we look forward to seeing you all again next time.
