Calling all lovely mums-to-be 💛

Pregnancy is such a special & sometimes overwhelming journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Come along to a gentle & supportive Hypnobirthing Power Hour, created just for you.

During this session, we’ll softly explore different topics within Hypnobirthing to help you feel informed, confident and powerful before birth. We always finish with a soothing breathing technique or birth script to help you feel more grounded and at ease.

Each session is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and reassuring — with plenty of time for cuppas, chats, and connection. It’s a beautiful way to build confidence, feel more in control, and connect with other expectant parents who are on the same journey as you.
If this sounds like something you need, I’d love for you to join us 💫. Once you have booked your space, keep an eye out for an email with further details about the session.

Next session Wednesday 30th September @6.45pm.

If you have any questions or require any further information, please contact me on [email protected].

*Refunds will only be issued if your space is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the session.
