When you're looking after someone, who's looking after you?

Caring for someone with a life-limiting illness can be rewarding, but it can also be physically and emotionally exhausting.

At St David’s Hospice, we know that families and carers need support too.

Whether it's having someone to talk to, taking time to relax or getting practical advice, our team is here to support you through the challenges of caring for someone you love.

In the photos, you'll see some of the people who help make that support possible: Charlie, our Art Psychotherapist, alongside Kathleen, one of our volunteers; Maxine, our Complementary Therapist; and Nia, our Clinical Nurse Specialist, with Sophie, our Physiotherapist. 💜

Our support includes:

💜 One-to-one counselling and emotional support
💜 Complementary therapies, including massage and aromatherapy
💜 Practical advice and guidance
💜 Bereavement support

Because looking after yourself matters too.

We're inviting local groups, schools, businesses and community organisations to create and decorate a Christmas tree for display at St Mary's Church in Conwy and Bangor Cathedral as part of this year's St David's Hospice Christmas Tree Festival.
