We're still wading through the implications of the most recent budget, don't @ me (but it would be nice to hear from you), and one thing we are firmly pleased about is the announcement of the Warm Homes Loan plan - ten lenders are already signed up and ready to offer finance at low or no interest to help with the upfront costs of retrofitting your home.
