Another great day out on the bikes at Swinley!

Posting later than usual (I had to drive to East Riding for work 😬), WATTO & OC2507 had a great day with 8 from Thames Valley today - the group received expert instruction, took to the training delivered, rusting in the group doing a full lap of the red route as well as the blue!

Great group. great AT 🤘🚵‍♀️

In National Cadets Week, we also need to celebrate our fabulous volunteers.

Flt Lt Gidney is one of our instructors with many tickets; mountain biking, paddle sports and lowland leader to name a few.

The time and effort she puts into her Volunteering has recently gained her a Lord Lieutenants award, and very well deserving she is! Congratulations 😍

Climbing to the highest heights in National Cadet Week!

On a monthly basis, we get our Cadets out into public climbing walls where we show how awesome the organisation is.

Don't forget to check Cadet Portal, as the next lot of dates are up 😏

Did you know that women only make up ~20% of mountain bike instructors in the UK?

Well, our two awesome female instructors are hosting another female only mountain bike session on the 4th July at Swinley Forest, after such positive feedback.

They'd love to see you there, Cadets and Staff!

Expect no pressure, just fun, a totally supportive, zero-judgment zone to ride and progress at your own pace. Lil Pusheen might even make an appearance.

All the details are on Cadet Portal (or SMS for the Staff)!
