Long days, lasting impact.
Our final Bootstrap Bootcamp in Lithuania has officially wrapped. The work for
Net&Me Bootstrap still continues for another 2 years.

Day 3 in Helsinki with 🇫🇮 colleague organisation of

Wrapped up my study visit with Sanni at Nyyti ry (pronounced N-oo-t-e), a national non-profit supporting higher education students of ALL ages across Finland!

Key highlights:
🔹 Low-Threshold Support: Empowering student life and well-being rather than clinical care.
🔹 Student-Led: Driven by volunteers, student feedback, and young board members.
🔹 Impactful Projects: Queermieli (LGBTIQA+ student mental health) and Compassionate Mentoring (building self-compassion).

Day 1 in Helsinki with & Euro Youth Mental Health! 🇫🇮✨. All thanks to for funding this.

Diving deep into digital youth work with the Sekasin Collective—a coalition uniting MIELI and other top NGOs to support ages 12–29!

Huge thanks to Naso, Joonatan, and Erica for showing me how they connect with youth across Sekasin Chat, Sekasin Gaming on Discord, an AI chatbot for out-of-hours support, and street outreach via Sekasin LIVE.

Loved seeing shared community spaces in Malmi and Tapulikaupunki—and learning that taking your shoes off in Finnish offices is standard practice! 🧦
Massive thanks to Joonatan for the legendary curry lunch.
