This World Mental Health Day , Andys Man Club Aberdeen would like to ask everyone to share this post to remind people that it's okay to talk and to ask for help.

Andys Man Club are there for men over 18 every Monday 7-9pm except bank holidays.

If you have a man in your life who you haven't seen or heard from lately , please check in with them, make sure they're okay and if they aren't make time to listen and see how you can help.

🎈🎉🎈 Happy 3rd Birthday to Andys Man Club Aberdeen 🎈🎉🎈

3 years of giving guys a space to talk with no judgement, just a chance to get whatever you need to off your chest.

Over those 3 years we've had 2,438 men walk through our doors, with 222 new faces over the years and a staggering 813 facilitator visits too.

Thank you so much to everyone who is part of our group or has been part of our group whether that's as a user, facilitator or a supporter.

Special thanks to everyone who keeps us stocked up with biscuits, tea, coffee and all the advice we need at Andys Man Club head office, and also to our team of facilitators who, without them there wouldn't be spaces available for people to talk.

Today we attended the Empower Aberdeen Event at the Music Hall Aberdeen.
Big thanks to everyone who organised or came along today, it was another tremendous event highlighting the amazing organisations we have in the city.

This week at our Andys Man Club Aberdeen meeting we had 18 amazing guys attend, we are proud of each and every one of you guys.
We are here for any guys aged 18 or over who need to talk about what's going on in their lives.

👋👋👋 It's Monday again and things might be playing on your mind from the weekend or just things you're not sure of for this week coming up..... if only there was somewhere you could go as a man 18+, where you won't be judged for what you say, you won't have to pay and you'll get free brews while you're there.
There is such a place, pop along to your nearest Andys Man Club tonight session runs from 7pm til 9pm.
