Does this look like your child’s idea of a brilliant half term? 🐴

Nine of our sharers and their gorgeous ponies recently headed out on a two hour guided hack to Ranmore. Not a bad way to spend a day, is it? 😍

We currently have ⭐ 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 ⭐ during the weeks commencing 19 and 26 October.

It’s a chance to spend proper time with one of our ponies, get outside, get moving and enjoy all the bits of pony life that happen around the riding too.

Did you know we’re in Waitrose & Partners Cobham at the moment? 🛒

Well, not literally. We haven’t taken the ponies shopping.

But you know those little green tokens you get at the checkout? That’s where we are. 👇

Horsley, Bookham & Leatherhead RDA is one of the local causes in the green token scheme, so if you are popping in for your milk, bread or emergency biscuits, please grab a handful and look out for our box on the way out.

Drop your tokens in and it will help HBL RDA. 💚

It won’t cost you a penny, but all those little tokens can add up to something very useful for our riders and ponies. There isn’t long left in the campaign, so if you happen to be passing Waitrose Cobham, we would be very grateful for your support.

Clandon Park RDA Autumn Sponsored Ride 2026 - CANCELLED.

We are sad to announce that we cannot go ahead with the planned sponsored ride on Sunday 27th September. We have been in touch with you already if you were booked in to arrange a deferal until next year (Bigger, better - we'll confirm date asap), or a refund.

If you were planning to come, then we are so sorry. We love putting on this wonderful event for everyone, and of course it's a critical fundraiser for the charity. But sadly this event is not viable due to low entry numbers. 😢

Until 2027 (when we need lots and lots of early entries please).

⭐️Pony Shares in Effingham⭐️

We had two new gorgeous ponies join us earlier this year who are now ready to join the Pony Share Programme. They love to be fussed over outside their important RDA work and our sharers give them valuable variety.

🌟 Guinness 🌟 13.2 - a 6 year old Black Cob, needs a small experienced adult rider (Max 9 stone), that can give him confidence and help him progress and take him on hacks / lessons with our resident coach. Available immediately.

🌟 Merlin 🌟 12.2 a lovely piebald cob ( first pony / lead rein/ off lead rein) - just coming back to work after 6 months off. Looking for a young sharer (Max 8 stone) Perfect for a walk around the farm / lessons with our onsite instructor. Available immediately.

We are blessed to have 70 acres of farmland to wander and amble around, with an indoor school and two outdoor schools, plus the option for lessons on-site.

Children must be supervised by a horse experienced adult. It isn't a riding school but the chance to feel like having your very own pony!
