Just a quick reminder about the management agm Wednesday at merville house at 6pm your chance to ask the management company questions

21/07/2026

guy came into out block with an angle grinder saying he was from the management company and needed to cut a lock something to do with fire safety. I saw the guy from my flat, white van, grey hair, purple tshirt. The management company said they dont have anyone out today, so it is someone who has tried to cut the lock from the sheds to take whatevers inside. Be vigilant if there is someone dodgy about. I dont have Facebook but if anyone is on FB could they post to warn others? Please make sure back door of flats locked

Due to significant budgetary pressures, Translink has had to launch a 12 week public consultation on potential changes to services and fare discounts.

Public transport is fundamental to our society and the public being able to navigate around towns, cities and wider Northern Ireland.

The proposals include:

✂️ Late services cut on a Monday to Wednesday

🚨Last rail departures and post-22:00 bus departures would be axed

👦 50% youth discount reduced to 33%

🚆 Off peak day returns scrapped for both adults and children on bus and rail.

I’ve put the link to have your say in the comments and I will be responding as well.

What do you think about the proposals?

🕵️‍♂️ Murder Mystery Evening 🕵️‍♀️

🔎 We’ve been exploring the idea of hosting a Murder Mystery evening!

💰 At the moment, tickets would be approximately £40 per person and this includes dinner

❓ Would this be something people would be interested in attending?

👍🏼 Please comment below if you would be interested in attending as we are trying to gauge if it is affordable to proceed

Good morning. We have lost out wee pup named Frankie. He got loose last night and was last seen heading towards Merville house. This is him. He has a black collar with a reflective strip.

I feel he may have gotten stuck in a back garden. He is a bit shy so may run away if spooked.
