Wolverhampton 654 update - Restoration work continues on 654, and as with many projects, you find areas which are worse than expected. A considerable amount of work has taken place around the rear nearside wheel arch, as seen in the photos below.

New Bozankaya SNG 12T trolleybuses have started to enter service in Praha. Here is 537 arriving at the Dyrinka stop while heading south in Na Pískách on line 51. 5. 9. 2026.

Prague 494 is seen here taking part in this weekend’s celebrations, marking 90 years since the original system opened in the city, and using historic vehicles on the new trolleybus routes. Today, preserved trolleybuses are operating on lines 51 and 59. Tomorrow will see some of these operating on line 53, and some unusual visitors to line 52.

Bournemouth 202 will be operating today at Carlton Colville, alongside London 260. They are seen here together this morning during their pre-service checks.

Ninety years ago today, on 23rd August 1936, 260 entered service. We are pleased to see 202 helping to celebrate this special occasion.

Thank you to the team of volunteers who maintain 202, for us all to enjoy.

Bournemouth 202, our 1935-built Sunbeam/Park Royal/BT-H trolleybus, which was converted to open-top configuration in 1958, is back giving circular tours at the East Anglia Transport Museum. 16th August 2026.
