Getting excited for the Ghyll Singers' concert coming up on Friday: 7.30pm at Ulverston Methodist Church... We've been working hard on our programme at Tuesday choir practice and it's come together wonderfully! Our choral programme includes folk song, classical music, show songs from The King and I and some pop hits! We're looking forward to welcoming our guests and also revealing our new choir look!🤩😍🤩😍😀

Hugely looking forward to the Music Marathon at St Mary's, Walney. We are required to be there 5.40pm, ready for the 6pm start of the session we are in. Remember our experimental dress code is 'black with bling'!

The hymns for community singing in the middle of the session are:
And can it be
Be still for the presence of the lord
Dear lord and father of mankind
Great is thy faithfulness
Guide me o thou great redeemer
I the lord of sea and sky
O Jesus I have promised
When a knight won his spurs

There will be hymn books etc available for use in the church. If you require prior sight of the harmonies, please let me know. xx
