📢 Equine Influenza updates for all equine exhibitors for 2026 🐎
To help protect the health and welfare of all horses and ponies attending the show, all equines entered in horse & pony classes, show jumping, sulky racing, carriage driving and the clydesdale sections MUST be fully vaccinated against Equine Influenza.
Please take a moment to check the following requirements👇
✅ All equines must have a current annual Equine Influenza vaccination in accordance with their vaccination record.
✅ Equines must be at least 7 clear days past their most recent vaccination before attending the show.
✅ Passports and vaccination records must accompany all equines. Spot checks will be carried out on entry to the showfield to ensure they match the animal entered and travelling in the trailer or lorry.
We are sharing these rules now to give everyone plenty time to check their vaccination status well in advance of the show and consult their veterinary practice if they have any questions regarding their horse or pony's vaccination record.
Thank you for your understanding. By working together, we can help ensure a safe, enjoyable and successful event for all exhibitors and their equines.
