Heavy hearts, but holding onto hope. ✨

We are asking our community to send love, thoughts, and prayers to Steve Cook and his family. Steve—a wonderful volunteer and husband to our Trustee, Laura—was involved in a severe bicycle accident this week and is currently in intensive care in London.

The accident is life-changing and the initial outlook was critical, Steve is *miraculously* fighting through. Steve is a deeply precious part of our team, known for his warmth, great humour and his dedication to our Desperate Journeys project a few years ago in Ilfracombe, North Devon (and looking to come back pending a new confirmed date).

Please keep the Cook family in your prayers as the medical team cares for him.
