Number One Community Trust The Number One Community Trust is a registered charity that runs a Community Centre, Cafe and Hall

Number One Community Trust is a community centre that has served the residents of Showfields and Ramslye since April 1991.

After becoming a Company Limited by Guarantee in December 2001, the Trust became a Registered Charity in July 2002. It is managed by a Board of Trustees, many of whom live and work in the local community.

he quality of life of the residents of Ramslye and Showfields through events, activities and projects.

It’s been an exciting couple of weeks to have the coffee shop fully open again … but this morning we were met with this hot water leak in our boiler room! 😳 It really tested the resolve of our team (coffee shop team, the trustees and Bob out caretaker) in not panicking but finding a solution. Plumber Niels Rasmussen of Dane Plumbing & Heating👨🏼‍🔧 came to the rescue and was on site within 30 mins and is currently working to fix the problem! We can’t recommend him enough! Amazingly the coffee shop has stayed open throughout the behind the scenes drama … but if we have looked a little disheveled and under pressure this morning, now you know why! Open for lunch until 2.30. Get your orders in, it’s been busy!

Did you know that you can get your flu vaccine at the Number One on Fridays if you are eligible? No appointment necessary, just stop by.

If you are eligible for winter vaccines, you can get a free flu or Covid-19 vaccine at Number One Community Centre in Tunbridge Wells every Friday from 10am to 4pm.
No appointment needed, just walk-in.
