We had a splendid evening last Wednesday, 6th March, when the members of Pantiles Lodge had the pleasure of passing Bro Andrew O’Leary and receiving our gold 2026 Festival award.

A wonderful meeting of Pantiles Lodge in Tunbridge Wells last night, where we had the pleasure of welcoming a new brother. The evening was marked by excellent ritual and followed by a very cheerful festive board. To our new brother, we extend our warmest congratulations and look forward to many years of friendship to come.

Until 1968, the Pantiles Lodge met here, at the Pump Rooms on the Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells. This was just a few yards from the the legendary Chalybeate spring, discovered by Lord North and which is responsible for the existence of Tunbridge Wells.

As development reshaped the Pantiles, we found a new home on St Johns Road, where tradition and brotherhood continue to thrive.

πŸ””πŸ›οΈ Greetings from Pantiles Lodge! πŸ›οΈπŸ””

We're thrilled to launch our new social media accounts today and welcome you to the Pantiles Lodge page.

The Pantiles Lodge has been steadfast in its commitment to the ideals of Integrity, Friendship, Respect and Charity since its consecration on May 11th, 1887. πŸŽ‰πŸ”—

Formed by a group of Tunbridge Wells' most respected businessmen and retailers, the Pantiles Lodge meets - as it has always done - on Wednesday afternoons. Wednesday having been chosen originally because of the half-day trading tradition. πŸ•°οΈπŸ’Ό

Our lodge's membership has evolved over time and we proudly embrace diversity in the backgrounds and vocations of our members. From our beginnings in the Pump Rooms on the Pantiles, where the historic Chalybeate spring once flowed, with its allegedly health-enhancing waters, to our modern-day abode on St Johns Road, our commitment to Freemasonry has remained unerring. 🌊🏺

Pantiles Lodge meets five times a year on the first Wednesday evenings of October, November, December, March, and April. Our gatherings culminate in shared dinners, a cherished tradition where new and enduring friendships blossom - a testament to the bonds nurtured within Freemasonry. 🌠🍽️

With the wisdom and experience of our seasoned Brethren, we are dedicated to guiding and empowering our newer members as they embark on their unique Masonic journeys. Aspiring minds find fertile ground here, with the opportunity to shape their progression based on commitment, enthusiasm, and personal interest. πŸŒ±πŸ”
