This Sunday, we are hosting our Coffee Club at where we will be joined by the amazing Lauren of and the fabulous Amy from

Here is a bit more about these incredible women and what they do…

💫 Hi! I’m Lauren, a perinatal nutritionist and movement coach.

I’m devoted to women’s health and trying to champion good quality information, especially around reproduction and pregnancy.

I specialise in supporting women, primarily. As a mother of two small children with very different birth experiences, I have seen (and felt!) first-hand the many changes and demands that women experience during pregnancy and childbirth. I provide safe, evidence-based, judgement-free guidance for each of the women I am privileged enough to support during their pregnancy journey.

💫 Amy is a Co - founder of “Baby on Board UK”. She is a highly experienced, NMC registered Midwife. Alongside Carly, she guides pregnant women & families who feel overwhelmed or unseen in the NHS maternity system with expert, compassionate antenatal education and midwifery care that brings clarity, confidence and calm to their journey.

💫Our Coffee Clubs offer a calm, relaxed vibe where you can talk all things bump, baby and beyond. Not to mention the delicious pastries and speciality coffees! ☕️🥐

♥️ We have BIG news ♥️

I am so excited to announce, the fabulous Beci has joined The Mum Club Tunbridge Wells as a sub-host.

This means you will now see the lovely Beci hosting some of our events! 🩷

She is so warm, friendly and has been a dedicated TMC mum since before her beautiful baby Mia had even arrived! 💫

Beci is just as passionate as I am about ensuring mums have the best time at our events! 🫶

The first event she will be hosting is our June Walking Club next week!

Since returning to work and juggling chidcare, I have been limited with days to run events. Mums - the juggle is real! 🤹🏼‍♀️

With a new host on board, we can now hold lots more events and vary the days too! This is such an exciting time and we can’t wait to share lots more with you all soon! ♥️
