Please note : After fantastic day today, truck on way to Ukraine! Hub will be CLOSED until reopening on Wednesday 30th September. I will be away with family. Our Treasurer equally taking a well deserved break. We look forward to welcoming you back on the 30th. A PLEA: Please do NOT leave random stuff outside our door during this time.There is a dump down the road. And when you leave stuff outside our door, the council get very annoyed. So please help KentRelief and keep our outside doors clear during this period. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT NEED CLOTHES PLEASE. Truck loaded and on its way to Ukraine! People in dire need will recieve much needed aid. Thanks to all who came today. And wonderful to have Michael Horwood, Mayor of Swanley Town Council and Ryan their wonderful Ceo to join us as we assist them to provide aid to their twin city of Fastiv! KentRelief Aid truck to Ukraine this Saturday – call for Assistance!

Our Aid truck bound for Ukraine is leaving on Saturday (September 19th)! For the first time we will be working with Swanley Town Council to assist their twin city of Fastiv with humanitarian aid. Fastiv is south of Kyiv and hosts 10,500 Internally Displaced People from the East, who are desperately in need of assistance.

Who it will benefit: In addition to Fastiv, the rest of the aid will be going to our partners and beneficiaries in Konotop, Brovary, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Dnipro, Petropavlika, Kramatorsk, Zaporizhzhya and frontline villages in the East.

Aid Still needed: We are still in need of more dog food prior to Saturday’s truck departure as we currently do not have enough to send in support of our partner’s animal shelter in Konotop (Sumy region), which houses 145 dogs rescued from war torn areas of north and eastern Ukraine.

Financial donations still needed: We are also still in need of further financial donations to cover fuel and distribution costs. Please help!

Next humanitarian aid truck now booked in to depart for Ukraine Saturday 19th September, leaving from our hub! 🇺🇦 🇬🇧

We are still in need of funding towards costs of the truck and other associated costs.

Even a £10 donation from those who can manage it will help towards getting this key aid to Ukraine, particularly now when it continues to be bombarded with attacks on a daily basis. Please, all those who support Ukraine here in the UK, including all our wonderful Ukrainian diaspora, help KentRelief by giving a small donation to help those experiencing war and suffering in Ukraine.

Yet another amazing truckload of donations from the wonderful Gina today. We are starting to get near to sending our next aid truck out to Ukraine with this amazing donation. Huge thanks to Gina for this, and massive thanks to Patsy, Berry, Mike and Meg as well as the wonderful Men's Shed guys Tim, Richard and John, for staying to help us unload.
