Massive thank you to and for covering Dan’s story and our crazy adventure! It’s been so heartwarming seeing the response and kindness from both the public comments in person and online and also how much support we’ve received from all the BBC local radio stations and . We have felt a real sense of community and that awareness has been generated for around su***de prevention and the life changing services and support available from charities such as these. The donation page is still live (link in story and bio) for a few more days if anyone would like to give anything. We are so grateful to the generosity show so far with over £10,500 raised ❤️🎉

These were the epic final moments of our 24hr challenge. We were all shattered but euphoric on the final approach to . We are so grateful for everyone’s support, particularly the ferry operators and , and our other sponsors and . Huge thanks to all the people who have donated too, the link will stay live for a few more days so please do share it with friends and family (links in our bio) - we filmed the journey and plan to make a short film so will keep this Facebook and Instagram page updated with news about that over the coming weeks/months. We all greatly miss our friend Dan, but hope that by taking on this challenge, raising both money and awareness for CALM, it will help others in need. ***deprevention

Chain ferry no.6 - making it onto this with no time to spare felt massive and looking back on it this was yet another make or break moment - the crew and our contacts at were brilliant and held the ferry an extra few seconds. We love how generous and supportive all the crews have been.
We also wanted to say a massive congratulations and thank you to all the amazing naval staff at HMS Raleigh who completed their own 750 minute circuit training challenge (to match our 750 mile trip) and linked all money raised to our donation page for CALM - .

No.5 - The Dartmouth Higher Ferry over the river dart was certainly one of the most lovely and unique locations, we again must say a huge thank you to them and Captain Christian for holding the ferry for us and giving us tips on the best route to torpoint after we disembarked. This is certainly one I’d love to come back to in better weather ***deprevention

This leg of the Chain Ferry Challenge past by in a windy blur! We made the ferry with seconds to spare after contacting the team en route to let them know we were going to arrive for the 13:40 ferry at 13:40… They were also super kind in allowing our friend Beccy on to come give us a hug and some much needed supplies! ***deprevention

Another ferry we made by a 1minute of less margin - thanks to the crew at Wightlink once again for the constant comms and holding the ferry for us until the final departure time, it really saved us a huge amount of time. It was beautiful to see Ruari Kidd waving us off on the pier too ❤️ - we were gutted last week when he said he wasn’t able to take part in the challenge after all the planning but it was great to see him for his cameo appearance.

This was an emotional part of the day yesterday at Chain ferry number three! Source of inspiration for the whole Chain Ferry Challenge, its the Isle of Wight Council’s inimitable Cowes Floating Bridge! Meeting Dans brother Simon (who had made the trip down from London specially to see us) along with our 6th crew member Ruari Ruari Kidd who was unexpectedly not able to make the whole challenge.

Lovely to also to see CFC super supporter Sarah Price, Pricey’s wife, waving us on the other side in West Cowes. We rolled off the ferry with mile wide smiles and damp eyes 🙂

Reflecting on this moment from yesterday, this was make or break for us and were absolutely amazing in holding a spot on the back of the ferry allowing us to make it onto the 11:20 ⛴️ to keep the 24hr challenge alive. Massive thanks to our contact Sam who was in constant comms with us on our approach. ❤️🙏
