Are you between the ages of 53 and 67? Do you already have some leadership experience and feel God calling you to self-supporting Associate Ministry?

The Elizabeth Pathway is a discernment and ordination pathway approved by the Church of England and being offered by Spiritus College to enable you to train on a two-year part-time basis.

Candidates undergo their dioceses discernment process alongside the first year of training.

Join our supportive learning community studying alongside people from different backgrounds, receive excellent pastoral care through staff, chaplains and a personal tutor, meet lifelong friends along the way.

You'll gain either a Certificate or Diploma level qualification in Theology validated by Durham University and be supported in your journey by a team of academic staff.
