We are delighted to support the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity alongside the Camelford & District Cardiology Fundraisers.
Through funding from the Cornwall Masonic Charitable Foundation, four new specialised recliner chairs are now in use at the Cardiology Investigation Unit Radial Lounge, helping day patients receive treatment in comfort without taking up emergency bed space.
Charity and community support are core to Cornish Freemasonry.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing donors Camelford and District Cardiology Fundraiser's and the Cornwall Masonic Charitable Foundation with Provincial Grand Lodge of Cornwall.
Thanks to their generosity to the Cornish Heart Unit Fund of RCHT Charity, we have been able to purchase four new recliner chairs for the Cardiology Investigation Unit Radial Lounge.
The Radial Lounge enables patients attending for day treatment to have procedures without requiring a bed space. This helps to ensure their care is not affected by emergency admissions. These new chairs will continue to provide a comfortable space for patients during their treatment, helping to make their experience as positive as possible. And who better to show them off than yesterday’s very proud first user!
Support for the Cornish Heart Unit Fund continues to make a real and lasting difference to patients and families across our hospitals, and we are incredibly grateful for every donation.
