Well what a weekend!!

Thank you to this bunch of wonderfully talented and kind jewellers who worked so hard to make beautiful, original jewellery, and come together to share it in such a supportive way ❤️

Thank you to all the lovely visitors who braved dreadful weather to talk about mythological tales with us and try on our jewellery 😘

Thank you to the wonderful Cornwall Museum and Art Gallery and all the patient staff for hosting us in such a lovely, laid-back way, making us feel so welcome 😍

Thank you to Kernowcraft | Jewellery Making Supplies for setting such a cool challenge for our jewellers and donating gorgeous serpentine stones for is to work with 🥰

And lastly, and by no means least, thank you to our amazing indefatigueable organising team Donna Burns Maya Ullman Tasha Scannell. and Clare Maiden Jewellery for giving their time freely and getting things done ❤️❤️❤️

It was heartwarming to hear what one of our visitors had to say about TRESOR 2026, the contemporary jewellery fair held at Cornwall Museum on River St, Truro.

Run by the Cornwall branch of the Association for Contemporary Jewellery, TRESOR brings together a showcase of 32 of Cornwall’s leading contemporary jewellers.

Today’s the final day, open 10-4.

Jewellers were also challenged to create a piece inspired by the museum’s theme of Myths and Legends, incorporating a Serpentine gemstone from The Lizard, generously gifted by Kernowcraft, the gemstone and jewellery making supples company based just outside Truro. The quality of the designs was outstanding- look out for them on the Kernowcraft plinths as you walk around.

If you like jewellery, this is definitely an event you won’t want to miss!

You are cordially invited to the Cornwall Tresor ACJ Cornwall exhibition private viewing Cornwall Museum and Art Gallery Friday 23rd October 6.00-8.30pm free entry. Also open 24th & 25th October.
I’ve finally finished my Kernowcraft Rocks & Gems Ltd challenge - come and have a look at all the entries. We were given a piece of Serpentine, mined off the Lizard 😁
